Court is held at 5:00 p.m. on the third Monday of every month, unless otherwise indicated on your citation. Court is located at Talala Town Hall.
The Talala Municipal Court is a Court Not of Record, authorized under Town Ordinance, with jurisdiction in the Town of Talala. The Court is responsible for misdemeanor traffic, parking, and criminal offenses, as well as code violations for health, fire, animal, and zoning violations.
